Au Pair Agency Mondial mediates between host families in the Netherlands and au pairs that are carefully selected by us. We understand that every family is unique. Therefore, we spend much time on finding a suitable au pair who suits the specific situation of your family.

Our extensive network in Russia, Ukraine, South Africa, Colombia and Argentina allows us to accomplish a good match between your family and the au pair.

Why an au pair?

The presence of an au pair provides certainty and a relaxed atmosphere at home. Since the au pair lives with you during her stay in the Netherlands, you have a very flexible form of child care. This leads to two advantages: you are not dependent anymore on a temporary babysitter and your children can always rely on a person they are familiar with.

Beside, the au pair also helps with light housework, such as folding the laundry, making and changing the beds, ironing, doing the dishes, dusting and vacuum cleaning.

An au pair is flexibly available to support your family. Because of her care and presence, she creates an atmosphere of calmness and regularity. From this position, she also brings along her own culture and authenticity, which she will share with you and your child(ren).
