IND-Approved Sponsor · Families Throughout the Netherlands
We connect Dutch host families with au pairs. From the initial meeting to support throughout the stay, we handle the entire process personally and with care.

A trusted au pair in the home

Career and Family, Without the Constant Juggling Act

Balancing work, household chores, and young children doesn’t always come naturally. An au pair lives in your home and provides your family with peace of mind, a sense of routine, and a familiar face for the children. Along the way, your family gets to experience a new language and culture.

Au Pair Agency Mondial is led by Elena van Raaij-Savchenko. She has been an au pair herself and has experience hosting au pairs from various countries in her own home. That experience from both sides shapes how we support families and au pairs: personally, and with an eye for what’s really going on within a family.

Intake for Your Family

We’ll start with a personal intake interview via Zoom. This will give us a clear picture of your daily routine, your home, and your preferences before we can assess whether the au pair you’ve chosen would be a good fit for your family situation.

A Good Match

If you’d like, we can offer a full-service package. In that case, we’ll find an au pair who’s the best fit for your family.

IND and visa arranged

As a recognized sponsor, we submit the application directly to the IND. We handle the entire visa process, including the application fees.

Support During Your Stay

We stay involved through regular check-ins and well-being checks. If something isn't going as hoped, we step in to mediate.

Field Trips, First Aid, and Dutch

Three to four field trips per year for au pairs and a first-aid course focused on children. New starting in June 2026: an online Dutch language course.

Answers to Your Questions

Do you have questions about costs, terms, or the process? The terms and frequently asked questions cover everything you need to know.

Ready for a no-obligation conversation?

An initial consultation is free and does not obligate you to anything. We'll discuss your situation and give you an honest assessment of whether an au pair is a good fit.

Learning together, growing together.
