From the initial meeting to the au pair’s departure, we handle the matching process, the paperwork with the IND, and support throughout their stay. You’ll have more time and peace of mind; we’ll make sure everything goes smoothly and according to the rules.

via Zoom, so we can get to know your daily routine, your home, and your preferences.
Intake Interview with the Au Pair
We assess motivation, reliability, communication skills, commitment, and independence.
Mediation and the Match
Targeted search within our network.
IND and Visa
As a recognized sponsor, we submit the application directly. For au pairs who require a visa, we handle the entire visa process, including the visa fees.
Support During Your Stay
Regular check-ins, well-being checks, and mediation when problems arise.
Events, First Aid, and Dutch
Three to four field trips per year, a first-aid course focused on children, and—new starting in June 2026—an online Dutch language course.
