Au Pair Agency Mondial is led by Elena van Raaij-Savchenko. Elena was an au pair herself and also has experience as a host family. This unique combination allows her to provide excellent guidance to both host families and au pairs: she knows from personal experience what issues arise, what questions people have, and what a good match means for both parties.
That is precisely why we remain involved throughout the au pair’s entire stay with your family.
Let me introduce you to Elena
My name is Elena van Raaij-Savchenko. I have been living in the Netherlands since 2007 with my husband and our two daughters.
After completing my degree in Education, I worked as an au pair myself, in the Netherlands and in Denmark. A new language, a new culture, a new world: it was an unforgettable time.
Balancing a career, household chores, and young children didn't always come naturally to us either. We needed some extra help, and because of my own positive experiences, we decided to become a host family ourselves. We liked it right away.
I’d love to share with you what I’ve learned as an au pair and later as a host family. My passion is helping families and au pairs find the right match.
